There must be some serious problems at Arkansas for this guy to leave Ark for Tulsa. He was the OC at SEC Arkansas, a team 1 win away from playing in a BSC game(and maybe the National Champ game) to come to Tulsa to be a CO-Offensive Coordinator?
I mean the guy was going to have the leading Heisman candidate and a ton of starters back from this years team? I wonder if this is why Applewhite didn't come with Graham...

Guz Malzahn did not call a single play all season. He didnt create the Wildcat. Houston did it all this year. Malzahn was only brought to Arkansas for political reasons... That is all. Arkansas never went to a spread offense all season, which is what Malzahn runs. He was brought to Fayetteville to get more back ing for the program and to get 5 stud Springdale players... all of which happened. Now Damian Williams is at USC and Gus is at Tulsa. Houston proved all doubters wrong and did it all this season, Malzahn just sat there and nodded his head. |
